BLOGMAS DAY 8

So today I woke up really early because I had to register for my classes, which I successfully did and sadly I didn't get the classes I wanted because I had a late registration date, but I'm glad I wasn't stuck without any classes. So props to me! (:

I took my first final and I was super scared but the questions ended up not being as difficult as I though so it went GREAT... hopefully *crosses fingers* lol

I came home and took a 3 hour nap, which made me really relaxed and it helped me to soothe my mind so that I could continue working on the homework that I had.

Dang it I have a test tomorrow :0 Wish me good luck....

Also today I did some decoration thing on my room, and I filmed a little video about what I did and kinda showing you a little decoration thingy...lol (:

and now I have to go eat dinner and finish chewing some Astronomy before I take my test tomorrow!

BLOGMAS DAY 7

SO NOW I CAN TALK FOR TODAY!

I ACTUALLY HAD MY DEBATE, AND I WAS SAD, BECAUSE I STAYED UP ALL NIGHT WORKING ON IT AND MY TEAM LOST. WE HAD TO DEBATE ON ABORTIONS AMONG AFRICAN AMERICAN TEENAGERS. I'M NOT GOING TO STATE MY POINT OF VIEW, BECAUSE I ASSUME THAT EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT OPINION TOWARDS IT SO I WOULDN'T WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE WITH MY PERSONAL OPINIONS.

BEFORE MY DEBATE CLASS I ALSO WENT BACK TO MY OLD HIGH SCHOOL BECAUSE MY CLUB FROM COLLEGE WAS ACTUALLY HOSTING A LITTLE EVENT SO I WENT, BUT SADLY THE STUDENTS AREN'T AS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT SCHOOL AS MY GENERATION WAS WHEN I WAS BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL. SO IT DIDN'T GO TOO WELL.

I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION THAT YESTERDAY MY FRIENDS AND I WENT TO GRAB A BITE AT IN N OUT BECAUSE I HADN'T HAD BURGERS SINCE AUGUST, SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NICE TO TREAT MYSELF.

BUT THAT'S ALL

&& TOMORROW I HAVE REGISTRATION FOR MY CLASSES, AND I'M SCARED I'M NOT GOING TO GET THE ONES THAT I NEED.

IF I DIDN'T TELL YOU THIS, I'M ACTUALLY TAKING WINTER SESSION, WHICH IS REALLY SAD BECAUSE I'VE NEVER BEEN TO SCHOOL THAT EARLY IN THE YEAR, I START JANUARY 3 AND END THE 20TH AND THEN I START MY SPRING SEMESTER ONE THE 23RD WHICH MEANS I ONLY HAVE VACATION FROM THE 17TH TO THE 2ND OF JAN, BUT WHATEVER, I WANT TO GET DONE WITH SCHOOL AS SOON AS I CAN.

&& THAT'S IT

BLOGMAS DAY 6

LOL! So last night I didn't have chance to Blog because I had to work on a debate... I had tons of homework and I already have a final for my Astronomy class on thursday.... so that's all I'm saying for this one....

BLOGMAS DAY 5

So today I actually woke up really early, which is not typical me! I always like to wake up around 10am because I always stay up late working on homework and stuff. I actually woke up at 8 am today, and I was super nervous because I had a debate for my Pan African Studies class. I thought that I wasn't ready, so it was important for me to get it over with. Since I'm in a group along with 6 other people, my professor said that there wouldn't be enough time for us to present, which means that we have to do it on Wednesday. I am actually a very shy speaker, so it makes me nervous to wait longer, I like to get things over with.

The professor let us out early, so I decided to go to Target! I bought some really cute wrapping paper, and I also bought some running shorts, because I need to start working out! (:

Now I'm about to work on some homework that I have and then I might be going over a friend's house because she wanted me to take pictures with my DSLR camera for their Christmas portraits that they take every year. So I might be doing that! But as of now I have to go ahead and finish my homework, so comment away...!!! because today i'm posting the Giveaway Video on my channel! I would really appreciate the support and love it if you would all comment, and it would be nice if you'd give me some feedback as to what can help me improve! (:

BLOGMAS DAY 4

HAHAHA I JUST REALIZED THAT I POSTED THE POSTS AS VLOGMAS INSTEAD OF BLOGMAS... hahahaha I'm such a lozer, but I don't want to go back and change them!!!...lol

Okay, so today I slept in and I woke up at noon. How crazy is that?! lol OMG I need to stop sleeping in, but then again, I was tremendously tired :/

today I went to Target because my mom and I wanted to return somethings that we needed to return and we also bought some other things. I didn't buy anything for me besides pear fruit cups...lol.... I really didn't need anything.

and also I can't wait for VEGAS... I hope that the trip doesn't get cancelled, but I really wanna go!!! AHHHH (:

sadly, this is all I did.... so now let's move on to the next day!

VLOGMAS DAY 3

SATURDAY CLASSES ARE HELL!!! only because they're at 8am and it's Saturday. First of all I'm not a morning person, and second of all IT'S SATURDAY......WTFudge? It's totally not fair, but whatever we only have 2 weeks of school left and I just can't wait.

So my other bestie and I went to TARGET because we wanted to go to Starbucks and Target too, and the Target we go to has a Starbucks inside of it, so that's why we decided to go there. I bought a mascara and some wrapping paper, and that's basically all I bought, so I though that it wasn't worth it for me to film a Haul video because I thought that it was pointless although I could have easily done a Haul of the Day which I didn't really think about... but whatever.

Then my lovely mother wanted to go to the Burbank mall, and let me tell you, that mall really has nothing interesting and I really didn't want to go because I had a lot of studying to do, but she insisted because she is looking for something to wear for Christmas, because WAHHHH it's in 20 days and she doesn't have anything to wear. I took her and we were there the whole day, on our way home we decided to stop by portos (and it was about 8pm) and it made me really mad because that place was CLOSED! I was so bummed out because porto's is so yummylicious and it's too far for me to drive there anytime I want some so I wanted to take advantage of the fact that I was there already so that I could buy something but I couldn't :/ It made me really sad....

but anyways, at the mall I went to New York and Company, and I actually found the dress that I'm going to wear for Christmas. It's actually really cute so I'm totally looking forward to doing my makeup for it. The dress is teal and black. Sadly my mother didn't find anything, so that means we still need to make some trips to the mall.... ugh..... she could never decide what she wants to get......

okay... next story...lol

My dad also booked a Hotel because we're officially going to LAS VEGAS during my Winter Break. We are leaving December 18 and I'm super excited. I promise that this time I will be vlogging around. I'm a little afraid that it's going to be tremendously cold there, but I will be ready with my outfits. We are going to go there for 5 days and 4 nights. The most exciting thing for me is actually going shopping at the Primm outlets and they are in the border of Nevada and California, right in the border, you guys will not believe the amazing sales that they have there!!!!! I love shopping there, I hope they have tons of good deals again! My favorite stores there are the CCO and Bath and Body Works!!!!

VLOGMAS DAY 2

Friday was a very long day for me. I had class at 8am and my mom had a doctor's appointment but it was really early in the morning so I couldn't take her. When I was done with class she called me if I could pick her up because she didn't feel too well so I had to drive in the freeway by myself for the first time. HAHA I don't know why I was intimidated by it, once I was on it, it wasn't bad at all. I'm such a weirdo. I was also very hungry so I bought some Clam Chowder soup from Subway and it was actually pretty good, it like my favorite soup of all time.

My best friend actually wasn't feeling too good either so she came to my house because we said that we would watch some movies, and it turns out that I couldn't find the remote control, and it sucks because without it, I can't turn NETFLIX on. We were so bummed out and we didn't do anything besides talk all day.

Other than that I didn't do much, so let's move on to the next day!

VLOGMAS DAY 1

So hi there everyone! I actually was having this issue where I couldn't upload the videos that I had filmed for Vlogmas, so I decided to actually go old style and type up the things that I've done. I thought that it would be a little less fun, yet I could use this as my Diary, and it's much easier to type than to film, edit, publish, and upload. So I hope you all don't mind that I'm doing this, but I would really love if you followed me, and also commented on it so that you guys could give me your feedback!

So I'm actually going to do a separate post for everyday, even though I upload all of them on the same day. haha..! (:

So on THURSDAY which was the official first day of Vlogmas or December.... whatever.... haha I had a Class at 8am and it was the last class meeting for that class before we have our final. OMG i'm trippin out because I feel like i'm not ready, but then again, I still have time. that's pretty much all I did today, my day was so boring... didn't really do anything big.

But then I did remember that it was the first day of December, so that means, taking out CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS. So all I basically took out was my stocking and also manual Santa calendar that I take out every year. BACK to my OLD channel

So i did a quick video explaining why I went back to my THEEMAKEUPGURU channel. UGH i have so much to write, yet I'm really busy with school. But just go ahead an watch the video. hope I have more time to be updating this. Right now I'm studying for my Astronomy test that I have this Friday and I'm hoping that I'm going to do good on it because I feel like I've been studying nonstop!!!! okay i'll ttyl, since I have a video uploading right now and AHHH gotta get back to schoolwork!!! 9 days late :D

Hey everyone,

how sad?! I actually forgot that I was doing this 30 day Challenge, but I knew I wasn't going to cheat, so I'm starting with DAY 9 Again as if it were Day 1...lolz... hopefully I remember to continue doing it :D

So today I woke up really early because I went to the hospital with my friend. She is pregnant with her first baby boy, whom she might name Jacob or Ryan, she's still undecided. So she had her doctor's appointment and also she had her ultrasound. It touched my heart when I saw the baby boy's heart beat. I almost got a little bit teary ;D but it was totally adorable. She had one appointment at 10am and she had another appointment at 2:30pm so we ended up leaving there like at around 3:10pm. It was actually a very fun experience. I'm the type of girl who doesn't really like being in hospitals, but today was great... I really loved it! For lunch we had burgers, and curly fries which were surprisingly really good too.

Later on, like at around 8, my parents and I headed out to LA which is a couple freeways throughout the way. There is this Salvadoran bakery that is around Vermont and Beverly, and seriously, they have the BEST CHARAMUSCAS! charamuscas are a Salvadoran frozen treat. If you're ever in the LA area, and you wanna try something chilly that's good, try that. They have many different flavors, but my favorite one is the 'Zapote' and the 'Coconut' one. They're so yummy ;D

Anyways, now I have to go to bed, tomorrow I will be having lunch with my friend, and hopefully I remember to write about it ;D

30 Day Posting Challenge: Day 1

So I decided that I wanted to do an online journal, and what better way than to share it with all of you, my loyal subscribers & friends :)

Since it's summer vacation, I wanted to share with all of you my adventures, and misadventures that I do. Obviously there are going to be some days that I won't post, but hopefully I can make up for it, by posting the next day on what I did the day before. I thought that this would be a good idea so that I could keep track of everything that I do during the summer. Although I do tend to film the majority of my adventures to keep as my own journal, some of them are actually personal due to the fact that either I show where I live, my surroundings, and basically my environment. We all know the the internet is not always a safe place, and I would like to maintain my private life private & also there are lots of creepers out there.... hahaha -__-.

So as of today, I actually woke up pretty early, 9:00am, yeah that's early for me, since I love to sleep, and since I've learned in school that it's not healthy to sleep more than 8 hours, I would much rather go to sleep really late, rather than going to bed early and waking up early, why?.... I seriously don't know, but I do try to keep the cycle of sleeping 8 hours a day. Anyways, a family friend asked me yesterday if I could accompany her to the dentist. Her daughter had an appointment with the dentist, and she asked if I could go with her so that I could help her carry somethings, since she also has a baby daughter who is only 3 months old. I agreed to go with her since it is summer vacation, and I pretty much have nothing to do, I was more than happy to go.

After we were done with the dentist, we decided to head out to an indoor swap meet, where she wanted to get some of her gold jewelry fixed. I was thrilled, I hadn't been to that place in over a year and I thought it would be fun. She then bought me a "raspado" which is a hispanic treat, and if you all would like, I could actually do a tutorial on that on my vloggin channel :D hahaha

When I came home, I realized that my friend's Graduation Party was this Saturday, and I hadn't bought her a present yet. My mom was baby sitting, and I seriously didn't feel like going to the mall by myself, so since my dad was home early from work, I asked him if he could take me, and he agreed. I ended up buying a $20 gift card from Forever 21, because her style is pretty trendy. My friend graduated with a major in Criminology and a major in Psychology. Congrats to her and to the Class of 2011 :D
